While we take every effort to ensure that the prices reflected on our website are accurate, we act as a reseller and rely on supplier feeds. Inadvertent pricing errors may occasionally occur. In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), if an obvious and unintentional error occurs regarding a purchase price, we are not bound to supply the product at the incorrect price. We will notify you, cancel the transaction, and refund any amount paid by you as set out in our Returns Policy.
Because CADTECH.co.za operates strictly as an online reseller, products are dispatched either directly from our distribution partners or from our centralized fulfillment hubs. Goods are delivered via our designated third-party courier services directly to your physical door address in. We do not offer physical collection points or in-store pickups unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
Due to security protocols and anti-fraud measures required by our payment processors, we cannot change your shipping address once your order has been processed and payment has cleared. Please double-check your delivery details at checkout.
We do not ship internationally. CADTECH.co.za delivers strictly to physical addresses within the borders of the Republic of South Africa.
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. In terms of South African law, you have a right to inspect the goods. If you receive an incorrect product or the items have been visibly damaged during transit, you must report this to us within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. Please quote your CADTECH order number to ensure a swift resolution or replacement process.
In accordance with standard South African consumer law, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon physical delivery to the address provided. We are not responsible for subsequent theft, accidental damage, or misuse of the products once delivered. Please ensure you read the manufacturer instructions and safety warnings included with your IT hardware or software products.
Our courier service will attempt delivery to your specified address up to two (2) times. If you or an authorized representative are unavailable to accept the delivery after these attempts, the goods will be returned to the depot. We reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the purchase price, minus any reasonable administrative and additional courier return fees incurred.
